In 2014, the redevelopment of The Guildford Hotel site began with renewed energy and passion, by a dedicated team with the combined skills to make it happen.

The projects vision is to regenerate one of Guildford’s most iconic heritage buildings, but also activate the community, bringing new energy and life to this iconic heritage site and ensure its ongoing contribution to the Guildford Conservation Precinct.
